Addition · Residence
A complete transformation of an existing one-storey home into a modern two-storey residence. The project added a new second floor while working within the existing structure. The result is a larger, more functional home with a clean contemporary exterior and a refreshed interior layout

Martin House
Designed for a compact urban lot, this two-storey home makes thoughtful use of every square metre. The layout is organized around the way the spaces are used, creating a comfortable flow between living, dining, kitchen, and private areas.
Rather than simply adding more rooms, the design focuses on making each space useful, connected, and comfortable. Natural light, carefully placed windows, built-in storage, and clear circulation help the home feel open while maintaining privacy.
The result is a compact residence that makes efficient use of space without losing the feeling of home.
